Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week 2017

Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex integrity institution of the country, endeavours to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life. Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week every year is part of a multi-pronged approach of the commission wherein one of the strategies is to encourage all stakeholders to collectively participate in the prevention of and the fight against corruption and to raise public awareness regarding the existence, causes and gravity of and the threat posed by corruption. The commission has decided that this year the Vigilance Awareness Week would be observed from 30th October to 4th November, 2017 with the theme "My Vision – Corruption Free India". In this regard, National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training and Research, Kolkata will be observing the Vigilance Awareness Week as follows:

Vigilance Awareness Week across the country will be observed during 30th October–4th November 2017. Like previous years this year too we will observing the week in a befitting manner. The theme of this year's Vigilance Awareness Week is "My Vision – Corruption Free India". As desired by the Central Vigilance Commission besides all members of the staff, all students would also take 'Integrity Pledge' on the occasion. In this connection all are requested to please congregate in the Mini Auditorium by 4.30 pm on 03 November 2017 to make the occasion a grand success.
